جلد دوم نگرشی در آیات قرآن به تقسیر و شرح سوره‌های نساء، مائده و انعام اختصاص یافته، و با فاصله 3 سال از جلد اول به چاپ رسیده است. در مقدمه‌ی کتاب، «درباره‌ی روش تفسیر» مطالب بسیار سودمندی آمده است و مؤلفین به لزوم تفسیر قرآن با قرآن و با اعتقاد به این که خداوند می‌فرماید «ما قرآن را آسان کردیم تا مردم در آن بیندیشند»؛ تأکید دارند. و این که کلام خدا قابل فهم و درک است، الّا این که استنادات و استدلال صاحبان مذاهب (تفسیر به رأی)، و گذشت زمان موجب مشکلات فهم آسان و عمومی شده است. کتاب با عنایت به ویژگی‌های صرفی و نحوی زبان عربی تدوین شده و دارای فهرست گفتارها، نشانه و کوته‌نوشت و کتاب‌نامه است.
