PDF «اَغراض السّیاسة فی اَعراض الریّاسة»

در میان نوشته‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی به زبان فارسی، چند کتاب مهم و با ارزش دیده می‌شود که از جمله‌ی آنهااست؛ نصیحة الملوک از امام محمّد غزالی، سیاست‌نامه از خواجه نظام الملک طوسی و قابوس‌نامه از عنصرالمعالی کیکاووس. فرق بارزی که این کتاب‌ها با سایر کتب اخلاقی و اجتماعی دارند در روش بیان دستورهای اخلاقی و مسایل اجتماعی است، چه مؤلفان آن عموماً مردان سیاست و در دستگاه پادشاهان و امیران بوده‌اند: امام محمّد غزالی در خدمت خواجه نظام الملک وزیر و مدرّس مدرسه‌ی نظامیّه؛ خواجه نظام الملک مؤلف سیاست‌نامه، وزیر با تدبیر آلب ارسلان و ملکشاه سلجوقی، عنصرالمعالی کیکاووس بن اسکندر مؤلف قابوس‌نامه از امرای دانشمند آل زیاد؛ کتاب «اغراض السّیاسه فی اعراض الرّیاسه»، آن چنان که پیداست کتابی است از این دست. متنی گرانقدر از آثار کهن ادب فارسی است که با نثری دلکش و نکاتی ظریف، امیران و سیاستمداران را سودمند می‌افتد.

این کتاب با نثری مصنوع لطایف کلام پادشاهان، فرمانروایان، پهلوانان، فیلسوفان، پیامبران و خلیفگان را بیان نموده و در آغاز به مدح آنان پرداخته و داستان‌هایی کوتاه و بلند به مناسب آورده است. مندرجات کتاب، تنها مطالب اخلاقی و اجتماعی نیست، بلکه مؤلف گاه گاه به مناسبت مقام در باب دانش­های گوناگون از قبیل فلسفه و حکمت و موسیقی و نجوم و ریاضی و معماری از زبان دانشمندان شرحی آورده،

این کتاب از میان چهار نسخه‌ی خطی، تصحیح و شرح داده شده و دارای واژه‌نامه و ذکر مطالب نسخ دیگر درپانوشت می‌باشد، که استفاده از این گنجینه‌ی ادبی را آسان می‌نماید.

Among the social and political writings in Persian language, there are several important and valuable books, among them; Nasihat al-Muluk by Imam Muhammad Ghazali, policy book by Khwaja Nizam al-Muluk Tusi and Qaboosnameh by Sanrat al-Maali Kikavus. The obvious difference that these books have with other moral and social books is in the way of expressing moral orders and social issues, whether their authors were generally political men and in the apparatus of kings and Emirs: Imam Muhammad Ghazali in the service of Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk, minister and teacher of the Nizami school; Khwaja Nizam al-Mulk, the author of the political book, the minister with the wisdom of Alb Arslan and Malik Shah Seljuqi, the nobleman Kikavus bin Iskandar, the author of the Qaboosnameh, among the scholars of the Ziyad family; The book “Agharaz al-Siyaseh fi Araz al-Riyaseh”, as it can be seen, is a book of this kind. It is a precious text of the ancient works of Persian literature, which is useful to the emirs and politicians with its charming prose and subtle points.

This book has expressed the words of kings, rulers, warriors, philosophers, prophets and caliphs with beautiful prose and praised them in the beginning and has given short and long stories. The contents of the book are not only moral and social matters, but the author sometimes gives an explanation from the language of scientists about various sciences such as philosophy, wisdom, music, astronomy, mathematics, and architecture.

Among the four manuscripts, this book has been corrected and explained and has a glossary and mention of other manuscripts in the footnotes, which makes it easy to use this literary treasure.
